Too many have attempted to paint Jesus as simply being a good teacher who taught others how to be good people. While there is certainly a strong moral aspect to the teachings of Jesus, we must recognize that Jesus was teaching in order to show men and women how they could gain entrance into the Kingdom of His Father which He would soon establish. This lesson looks at two interactions between Jesus and two very different classes of people to show us who we must be if we want to enter into God's Kingdom.
