Series: The Incredible Jesus: A Study Through Mark's Gospel

It is important for us to recognize that the Gospel writers weren't just slapping words on paper as the wrote their own stories of Jesus. They had a purpose to their writing, and this is especially true of Mark's Gospel account as he strives to give strong and methodical supporting evidence for his opening claim that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. Our last lesson focused on Jesus's divine power to command the winds and the waves, and this lesson will now further show Jesus's divine power over demonic forces.
