Repenting In An Obstinate World

Series: 2020 Focus: Living Godly In An Ungodly World

Something that is becoming increasingly rare is to find someone who is willing to humbly admit they have made a mistake and done something wrong. There are too many people who are full of pride and unable to see their own faults. This is especially true when morality or religious practices are introduced into the discussion. So many people are obstinate to the idea of feeling guilt or sorrow for their failures to the point of being willing to change to conform to the will of God. This lesson takes a closer look at why the world is so against the idea of repenting, and then it looks at the importance of disciples of Jesus living lives with penitent hearts.
