Though not a huge section of the book, the second and third chapters of Revelation are a key portion of the purpose behind why Jesus instructed John to write down was told to him and what he saw in the visions he received on the island of Patmos. The first of these seven messages was addressed to the church of Ephesus. This lesson looks at the loveless church of Ephesus and how Jesus admonished and encouraged these brethren to remember the passionate love for God that they had at first and how they could reignite such a love that would be pleasing to their King Jesus.
