We live in a world that is ruled by the idea that I should be able to do whatever I want to with my body because it is my body. Whatever pleasure I desire should be available to me, and no one should be able to tell me otherwise. However, those who belong to Christ recognize that our Lord has a higher standard by which He desires for us to live by. This lesson looks at Paul's teachings in I Thessalonians 4:3-8 concerning the need for Christians to give great effort to excel in holiness within their bodies.
