The plain truth is that we often don't pay great attention to those things that we deem as being less than impressive. This is even true when we think about Biblical writings. The Psalms are held in high esteem as God's large book of praise. The Book of Acts is revered for its fantastic story containing the beginning of the church and its early growth. Then there is the tiny letter that Paul wrote to Philemon. What great theological teachings of importance could the Apostle fit into a short twenty five verses? This lesson looks at this letter in its entirety so that we might come to understand that there are some extrememly important teachings centering around the subject of love that can help us to be better disciples of Jesus Christ.
