I don't believe that it was simply a coincidence that Paul began his letter to the divided church of Corinth by strongly rebuking and admonishing their divided nature. I am convinced that Paul knew that any other issues that they might have could not be remedied until the the whole church was unified upon a solid foundation. This lesson looks at Paul's instructions to the Corinthians concerning the needed foundation and things that would naturally grow out of them standing upon this strong foundation towards the goal of becoming an excellently unified church.
