As the congregation of Israel found themselves in the wilderness of Paran just on the doorstep of entering into the promised land, we would naturally think that the next chapter in their history would contain joyous accounts of them entering into the great rest given to them by Jehovah. Unfortunately, their habits of doubting, complaining, and rebelling against the plans of God once again showed up on the scene. This lesson looks at Israel's mistakes, Caleb's courage, and some important lessons that can help us to be courageous like Caleb so that we might be able to entering into God's great promised rest.
