What about the disputed Biblical texts?

As people of faith, we are well aware that our faith comes from hearing and that hearing is of the Word of God. We are confident that the Bible is what it claims to be: The inspired Word of God. We are confident that it is able to teach us, convict us, correct us, and intruct us in all of the ways of God. We are confident that is is authentic based upon the myriad of internal and external evidence surrounding it veracity. To discount the entirety of Scripture would simply be irresponsible. However, there are some who might point to specific verses within the Bible that are doubted and disputed as being authentic. What are we to do with thsoe particular verses? This lesson will consider the disputed verses of the Bible and how they can affect our faiths.
