While we might not like to think about it, the reality is that each of us will one day pass on from this earth. What this means is that the roles that we currently play within the church will be left open, so who will step up to fulfill those roles? The answer is obvioulsy those who are coming up after us, but what are we doing to help prepare them for the season of their lives? This lesson looks at the idea of replacing myself and why it is so important for disciples to take a serious look at the need for mentoring among the Lord's people.
