The story of the prodigal son is one that we are all probably very familiar with. When we consider this story most of our attention is usually put on the son, his mistakes, and his coming to his senses. However, this lesson not only looks at what can be learned from the younger son about sin, but it also looks at some important lessons about grace and ourselves that can be learned from a consideration of the dad and the older son.
