As king of the most powerful nation on earth at the time, you would expect for David to be a confident man. However, we would quickly find out that David's confidence was not founded in himself, but it was founded in the God whom he served. Because of his confidence and reliance upon God, David was a man who constantly prayed to God and made constant requests of His heavenly Father. This lesson considers the righteous requests of David and how we ought to make them a part of our daily prayers to God.
