Is there great power in prayer? James sure thinks there is. 7 times in James 5:13-18, we see James connecting prayer with a great benefit to mankind. Simply, the words of James teach us that there is tremendous power in the prayer humbly offered to the mighty God of heaven. But what happens when that prayer doesn't seem so powerful? Does that mean that God's power has been deminished? Absolutely not! This lesson shows us that the power of prayer is only hindered by shortcomings on our end, and what those shortcomings might be.
