"Everything rises and falls on leadership." I believe that John C. Maxwell says well with this quote. Leadership is of the utmost importance and that is just as true within the Lord's church. Having strong leaders within a local church is paramount to the strength and success of that local church. This lesson looks at three things that the local church needs in regards to the subject of local leadership.
