Situational Ethics, Matthew 12:1-8

As the human is elevated to the place of God, the moral standard that God has set forth for mankind is being degraded day by day.  Many would say that there is no absolute standard for morality, and every person has the right to do things however they please depending on the situation without any consideration for any type of standard.  Some would even use Matthew 12:1-8 as a proof text that Jesus approved of what would be known as situational ethics.  This study seeks to see if Jesus is, in fact, supporting situational ethics in this text.
